For any purchase made from any online store, Transfer Point offers a Limited Warranty to any customer who purchases Transfer Point products from an authorized re-seller.

What’s Covered By The Warranty And For How Long?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of all Transfer Point products for the Warranty Period 30 days after purchase date.

What Are The Remedies Under This Warranty?

With respect to any defective Product during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion: (a) replace such Product free of charge or (b) provide a coupon to use to purchase a replacement product. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective product.

How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain warranty service, you may email Jennifer Williams at  jennifer@glucan300.com during the Warranty Period and explain the defect in the Product. The Company will remedy any defects in the Product in accordance with this limited warranty.

* This warranty does not cover products purchased from a seller who is not an authorized retailer, dealer, or distributor of Transfer Point products. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (1) transportation; (2) storage; (3) improper use; (4) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (5) modifications; (6) unauthorized repair; (7) normal wear and tear; or (8) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
