Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (with the exception of Observed Shipping Holidays listed below). Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST ship the same day, but we'll do our best to ship orders received after this time. All orders are shipped within 1 business day. If we experience an unexpected delay, we will notify you immediately with updates via phone and/or email.

Credit cards are authorized and captured at the time of purchase. This means you may be charged before your order ships if you place your order after 2:00 pm Monday - Friday, over the weekend, or on an Observed Shipping Holiday (listed below). If you prefer to have your card charged the day your order ships, please call us (toll-free 877-407-3999) or contact us to place your order so we can manually charge your card the day it is shipped.
