Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (with the exception of Observed Shipping Holidays listed below). Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST ship the same day, but we'll do our best to ship orders received after this time. All orders are shipped within 1 business day. If we experience an unexpected delay, we will notify you immediately with updates via phone first, then email.

Credit cards are authorized and captured at the time of purchase. This means you may be charged before your order ships if you place your order after 2:00 pm Monday - Friday, over the weekend, or on an Observed Shipping Holiday (listed below). If you prefer to have your card charged the day your order ships, please call us (toll-free 877-407-3999) or contact us to place your order so we can manually charge your card the day it is shipped.
